Clear plans make better nights.

Event pages marked as previews or demonstrations are not confirmed offers. Final date, venue, lineup, inclusions and pricing will be shown before payment is enabled.

Bookings

A booking becomes confirmed only after successful payment and a confirmation message. Early-access registration does not guarantee inventory or lock a price.

Changes and cancellations

Event-specific cancellation, transfer and refund rules will appear before checkout. If TCL cancels a paid event, the applicable ticket amount will be handled under the stated event policy.

Guest conduct

Guests must follow reasonable venue rules and respect artists, staff and other attendees. Venue teams may refuse entry for unsafe or disruptive conduct.
