When you submit an enquiry or ticket-interest form, The Chaar Log Co. stores the information you provide so the team can respond, evaluate a collaboration or manage your booking.

What we collect

Contact details, form responses, event selections and—only when live ticketing is enabled—payment reference IDs. Card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by TCL.

How it is used

Information is used to respond to you, operate events, manage partners and improve the experience. It is not sold. Access is limited to authorised TCL operations users.

Your choices

You may ask TCL to correct or delete your submitted information using the contact form. Before the public launch, TCL should add its verified contact email and any India-specific policy wording advised by counsel.
